There's also a boss with this skill in Traveler's Vale as part of the Mesmer quest in Yak's Bend, but you'd have to party with someone with this quest to make him appear. =P

Name of the boss is Ulrik The Undefeated, and quest name is "Stone Summit Champion". Taken from Sebedoh The Mesmer.
By the way - i think stone daggers is skill possible to get with the biggest advance to the traditional way of acquiring (amnoon oasis)

People mistake this as 48 damage all together, but no, it does less than that depending on the enemy. Since it's two attacks, it's less damage because of the armor that can reduce it. Or say, someone is using Protective hands that does a -10 damage for say, two stone dagger 2(24-10)=28. Then compare that to flare or ice spear with 48-10=38 or 51-10=41. I use this skill all the time, but I am not pleased with the fact it's the weakest spam attack of all of them.
But it does work against 55 things because it shoots two attacks.

stone daggers
ive been using stone daggers and its the worst main spell to use. it dosent hit often so if they do 24 dmg each with droks -10 each which is 14 each=28 you have to also remember the first or second usually dosent hit

Conversely, if you use it on something with poor armour, Stone Daggers improves.
I think it's the strongest spam attack of all.
